what do you mean they thought they had it covered? was there a path for ASM to avoid CR and/or going into debt when going ahead with Dubbo and if needed to develop more plants? If the answer is no, then they knew sooner or later they needed CR and/or debt. And they had plenty of opportunities when ASM was all the rave and trading well above $10 - issuing lot less shares and raising lot more funds.
