I have to disagree, I believe the reason the SP is rising because the Quarterly has reassured investors that overall, there is nothing wrong with the company, apart from being miles behind schedule that is.
ASM are getting through the milestones set out a couple of years ago, it’s just taking much, much longer than previously advised!
