This is rough back of envelope. I've removed the probability on the calculations.
I used discount rate of 8% for Karlawinda (used in the Karlawinda PFS) and 5% for Mt Gibson
So if all goes to plan we should see around 7.50. I know the gold price is a bit low but I'm applying an average.
Note that CMM used 2750 in their PFS of Mt Gibson. If I use that, I get a very close figure to their Gibson NPV.
