    Can't really see anything to do with a JV or Strategic Partner but I'd have to assume it's all part of the "by end of June" strategy review, which will hopefully reveal who brought us to the number of 11mtpa. To not just throw back to 10mtpa and go to a number such as 11mtpa, in what was a short time surely means another party/parties have put that number on the table for us. Here's hoping.
