I would like to know the answer to this question.
It would seem like a pragmatic way forward if it didn't hinder or disadvantage us in doing so. We pretty much have tacit permission for enough of the juicy parts as I understand it, so would be good to proceed with those parts if possible while the others are processed.
Management aren't numb-nuts though so im sure they would have considered this and would have done it if possible. There must be a reason while we are still waiting.
