    The statement talks about previous due diligence conducted on behalf of other companies, Samsun SDI had an MOU with QPM in the past, maybe RPM did work for them in the past. dont know why they dont name the company, maybe because no deal was struck they cant? either way i think this statement talks about the past not a new player in the game
