My read is there was an expectation Rev D was gonna get green lit, and then they'd try and get customer finance. That avenue has closed.
So to stay liquid, it's either Strategic Investor Round II, SPP, or CR.
This also explains why the Cinnabon SEAsia roadshow has ramped up - he's wanted to get some awareness before he take us back to market with cap in hand IMHO.
