Original pegs in the ground is pretty indisputable. Subsequent boundaries drawn on a map that were a little off don't mean much against original pegged locations. Hard to argue against the decision that was made.
All the best to Dan looking out for share holders but he's better focused on getting the current assets up and running then worrying about a tenement boundary he never even had any interest in previously.
