cr was always on the cards...without RE-stating the obvious - WE NEED TO BUILD A MINE (expand our pilot plant).
bring it on....finally! I, for one, prefer equity dilution (will maintain my % anyway) then get debt strangled over time. operational issues, cost overruns etc would easier be funded by debt further down the line than raising equity when our sp goes to buggery due to the debt constraints (forcing the CR every1 was initially trying to avoid).....
its been many many months - lets get on with it already!!
