The consistent strategy for the last 3 years has been to continually raise capital at ever-reducing issue prices until the retail market was exhausted . Necessitating going off-market at ever-reducing prices. On-market cap raising is now virtually impossible. Although they look very close to small-scale production. They look to be needing more than 19 million, which they have indicated is what is still available from IDA
Very interesting times now to see if they can secure any more money to tide them over until they got gold to sell & cash flow. Taking stock in lieu of work done looks a lot more unlikely now.
