At this stage of their ramp up I interpreted this less as a downgrade in volumes, and more of an upgrade in shipment size. Going from small ships to 15kt ships would reduce their unit cost considerably which is what we want.They’d want to go bigger than 15 kt in time too.
Perhaps they’ll clarify in due course and give us more info on the cost breakdown. Logistics at this level not an easy do and ordering ships not the same as ordering taxis.
Not an issue in general at this stage IMO.
