i think its likely they are expecting to release significant news to monetize the value of the company before any CR? we have to remember directors have a decent stake here too.
shareholders deserve a clearer explanation as to what is going on with the swanson dfs. its very poor disclosure - delay after delay with very little explanation given. we deserve better than this.
