I posted way back that the OZL takeover will NOT trigger the payment to CPN. I distinctly remember you telling me off for stating what was always obvious, and now proven so.
Not sure how you could ever believe that a takeover would trigger such payment. OZL remains as a legal entity; only difference being that it is now delisted from the ASX and 100% owned by BHP.
