Looks to me like they will require a CR in Q3. I assume they are hoping for some good news and a lift in the SP before then.
I'm not sure about the positive spin on the sale of the MGP. I assume they have made this acquisition so they can supply their own gas and don't need to buy it off someone like BLU. At the end of the day a MoU means nothing.
