How can these guys issue capital?
The shares trade at a 50% discount to nta, and would unfairly reduce the nta for anyone not able to participate.
Raising funds would only increase funds under management, benefitting management through fee income only.
If Solgold ever does play out, I hope a good chunk of these funds are returned to shareholders.
Ive bought DGR and shorted Solgold.
