Didn't say the were deceiving the market, my comment was aimed at the fanboys of this stock that cite Riley as being able to be 'switched on tomorrow' to start shipping iron ore should the price be right. Turns out there is a little thing called permission by way of a mining license that is currently pending. So they're unable until that is sorted (which, to be fair, I'm sure they are following up).
