I contemplated the arrangement with the drilling contractor over the weekend (being paid in stock rather than cash). While it helps the cash flow, it does pose a potential issue of a large share holder having access to potentially price sensitive information before anyone else (incl. management). I hope that this is something considered by CBE when they entered into the agreement and that they have appropriate controls in place to manage it. I don't believe the stock is escrowed (though could be wrong on this).

If it surfaces that the drilling contractors sold their stock a week or two before poor assay results are released, a lot of share holders (me included) would rightfully be very upset (to put it mildly).
