Nothing is absolutely fair or transparent one the market , you can imagine that the guys who prepare company PPT and already known every details before releasing to the market/public.
Short or long? you can simply use your own trading straegy based on fundamental analysis, technial trading skills and risk management.
Currently, CBE is one the way of being accumulated and consolidation with light trading volume.
