debt financiers including export credit agencies, commercial banks, private equity funds
and other non-bank debt financiers. To-date, several non-binding indicative term sheets
have been received, with some including equity contributions as well. The Company plans
to continue discussions with debt financiers with a view to obtaining credit approved term
sheets and then proceed to mandate the lead arrangers.
