the value of what is in the ground at Tampu was recognised by several major players a few years ago but was put on hold due to unexpected events with these companies in Australia and overseas. This was kept as proprietary information.
Not at liberty to divulge who, but it was very close to becoming a major development for one, and some issues with the other that prevented the go ahead.
These issues no longer exist mainly due to developments in Technology and transport among other things.
Since that time uses for HPA use has increased dramatically and can only increase over time, so as said it is only a matter time.
So before you condemn the efforts of those involved.
Do your research especially in regard to the massive reserves that are in this area.
