I don't know how many people have seen the Netflix series "House of Cards", but, maybe president Felix Tshiseked is holding the AVZ mining license to give him a boost in the elections coming up. Just prior to the people of the DRC voting, he releases the AVZ mining license and pats himself on the back. Tells the people that he is fighting corruption and bringing jobs/prosperity to Manono. After watching the show, I catch myself being more cynical with what people in governments will do to stay in power or to grow wealth. I hope not. I hope this doesn't carry out for much longer, especially to election day. I guess I will be like everyone else and wait and see. GLTAH.
