I wouldn't think it's such a rosy outlook if capital has been tied up for nearly 12 months, a lack of certainty over project ownership and the share price stuck in limbo with ongoing suspensions.

It's difficult for me to understand how anyone could think that sentiment towards AVZ wouldn't change, given all that has occurred in the last year (and more).
