as it turns out- zjin paid 33 m or a deposit for 15 percent of something now with no pathway to a mining lic as the decree has been cancelled and still Appart from vagueness- there is no concrete way forward- Avz was getting legal advice and is still talking to drc but shareholders have no idea if a new decree will be announced- drc has made it clear stakeholders need to sort out disputes

You have your facts wrong.
DRC has received nothing because $6 million downpayment by Zijin cannot be accounted for.
Mysteriously gone on snacks and fees.
Balance of $27 million was not paid by Zijin to the DRC.
You do realise that 13359 is now covering the North and South and no longer illegally split up.
So who decided to split the tenement when it is not possible under the mining act ??
And what would have happened if Surface rights were paid just for the South???
You can always have a negative slant but documents / bank statements reveal a different take to what you are presenting.
Let's see the outcome of the MMCS vs Cominiere and its repercussions on CAMI.
