All shareholders that are signing the NEW 249D will be receiving it shortly and I urge them to sign the document as quickly as possible to allow us to serve it on the company forthwith.

The Section 603D notice will also be sent out to the participants in the next few days for signing.

They can run but they can’t hide.

We are dotting every I and crossing every T to bring these incompetents to account.
