    reads exactly like posts from months ago

    i and others were calling for shareholder action long ago

    not to say the current action is delayed or mistimed

    a successful shareholder action can save not only the LLL shares but if done in time can have a potential material effect if morila transaction can be taken out of the hands of these trash directors.
