In current macroeconomic conditions, terms of debt financing is not something you want to rush. It's painful sitting on the sidelines as shareholders, but I think we just have to cop it. 3 different suiters is encouraging.
RE: partners, we have to take their statement at face value but it's also a wide variety of options.
My gut feeling is that there will be a suitor, it's just a matter of getting the best deal possible.
