My concern with this company is that I don’t think it’s shareholder interest and ability for capital gains are the boardroom main goals.
As with the going’s on back in 2021, it’s all about what the major shareholder wants. I’d hate to think that RIO made a good offer back in the day, that the board thought reasonable , but got out vote by one person.
