I believe that this is because of the raw coal already stockpiled, and also thought that prior to the CHPP being up and running they were running bypass through a crusher to produce coal albeit thermal coal, all from memory from previous announcements unless otherwise corrected by others here?? There are a number of producing coal mines that can run bypass coal without running through the CHPP which will satisfy thermal coal properties, mines such as Coronado Curragh..
I'm still holding though...
