I'm worried that the off-take deal hasn't been concluded by now. Clearly the floor price is sticking point. I'm guessing VR8 are pushing for circa $7.75/lb floor for financing purposes and Matrix are probs pushing for $7/lb (12 month lows.)
Hopefully matrix's equity upside with finance getting done offsets the slightly higher collar price.
John and Vr8 management have a knack for pulling this shit off. Fingers crossed
