LRD, is at an EV of about $1 mill with $2.5 cash
so no CR for another 9 - 12 months.
You are silly to off load this down here, for the no. of projects and EV $1 mill,
its a dirty little spec company but it can be easily pumped for many bags from here on news/updates.
I dont expect you to be civil, but i implore you not to make the cardinal sin of selling a tiny MC co., with cash/several projects/ + huge potential, at the very bottom.
