RTFQ its possible you are correct what I find fascinating is if they elected to provide terms that allowed them to mangae a financed fascilty owned in part by the same entity and then within 12 or 16 months were to build a larger plant there and in the USA , Canada or both . The potential to create plants across the globe a rapid deployment blows my mind in the end all of it will be determined by financing , I tend to think the USA finance option will be conditional on access to rare minerals and the green credentials will see plants in the USA and Europe , its all a different type of operation to straight brine or hardrock when you dont need to have licence over the feedstock.
