Yeah. I personally cannot see dfc funding happening either.
No doubt though we will continue to be strung along with it as we have in the past instead of management just fessing up to exactly what's happening.
Yes these things take time but this dfc is barely limping along for us yet plenty of others are obtaining it for a variety of projects.
There's alot we are not being told imo.
