Nah have to disagree, This is only onto the MRE stage and drilling, Do not see how it should be higher than what it is if there have not been any talks about construction or development. They know the resource is there, I see no reason why they cant do both & if you see this valued higher when it is jus at this stage, then you have rocks for brains
