A good news Ann prior to any hint of a capital raise would be an intelligent strategy to minimize dilution and prop up confidence that these guys have runs on the board. Have seen it done stupidly far too many times with small caps, and of course SH lose out.
Lets hope we get a milestone Ann or two before the end of September, and before a cap raise - **ATT Brett Clark and Co.**
