I suspect they realise the Adelong project will be difficult to get up, so they've appointed a new director to assist in acquiring another project and offloading Cosmo Gold (short term 3-6mths) and eventually the Adelong project sometime down the track.
Cosmo Gold (In the right hands) could be OK.
