Got an expensive loan from EMR and co.
Got all the required permit to start construction works. But...
$320m EUR financing package not secured.
Even after financing package there is capital short fall, no funding source for this.
Potash prices have fallen, check updated FS if you want details.
Summary at this rate company could be looking at another cap raising before end of the calendar year.
