everytime i see this in many othe Cos and different commodities i see a CR coming - word must be out of need to raise - i remember STO doing a CR at $2.50 near absolute bottom!!!!! - now 7.70 - long time ago BUT so often the BOD and management get this Sooooo wrong - and Sooooo dilutive - yes they get to production eventually but the financials are often not handled well at all - they wait to long thinking they can get finance elsewhere and time then erodes with no ann on financing so everyone thinks oh they cannot get it - so sp goes south on assumption of CR
