You are on the money with some of your predictions m0ngy. I just want to touch on timing.
S2R from what I understand have a world class community advisor so I would has it a guess that they have been working on access for up to a year and will have landowner agreements in place, ready to drill as soon as weather / crop rotations permit. If this is not the case, which I highly doubt, they will drill roadside verges. Roadside verges are simple to get permits to drill within and local councils will be familiar with the process given the interest in drill areas with cover proximally. Given all this, my guess is that the rig(s) will be spinning by October or Nov if weather permits.
