Well said jesa, I agree with you. I also have no problems with a healthy discussion, no one benefits in an echo chamber. But the misconception being advocated by our resident “Researcher/ consultant/ analyst” is hardly a discussion.
Of course, regulations and requirements have changed since 2010… he-she-they should name a state where things haven’t. Like you said road-side drilling is an established practice. Noise abatement (for some drilling) is also becoming common practice in certain areas. Many east coast drill contractors are now well versed and setup to supply the necessary levels of noise abatement which can vary from the quick, cheap and effective hay bale walls, small modular wall setups, to enclosed rigs for deeper holes where a rig is stationary for many weeks at a time….point is it’s a known process for exploration.

Anyway….Agnico’s second quarter results were published couple of days ago;


Also noted the paragraph on exploration:
“Exploration drilling at Fosterville during the second quarter of 2023 totalled 20,565 metres and mainly targeted the Lower Phoenix deep extension from the 3912 drill drive and the Robbins Hill area. Exploration results will be reported later in the year.”
So will have to wait to see the results but it certainly sounds like they are going hard on the Robins Hill/Curie Zone area.
