What is all the phrase "office hours" got to do with core and expense
Diamond Drill rigs are operated 24/7 under lights at night time. That's because DD drilling is very expensive and there is competition for DD rigs.
If you say to contractors that the DD rigs can operate only from 7am to 5 pm and on restricted days the rig will be sitting idle for 14 hours a day.
The contractor price will be much more expensive and the drilling will proceed much more slowly.
