As with literally every exploration company, you spend more on drilling as you grow, which comes after decent early results and additional capital inflows.
It will go like this:
1 - drill
2 - If decent results = higher share price
3 - raise capital at higher price
4 - expand drilling program i.e spend more
This is really very very basic stuff
