Appointment of Director of Human Resources and Communities
Subsequent to the period, Mr Alain Pfammatter has been appointed the Director of Human Resources and
Communities. His appointment is an important step for the Company as we look to start building a
development and construction team. As discussed with the government of Cameroon, employment at the
Minim Martap site will prioritise local community members to maximise the economic return to the region.
Mr Pfammatter will be responsible for all Human Resources outreach programs to find and determine the
employment suitability of candidates both in country and where necessary, externally.
