DOJ investigations takes months of back and forth pleadings and this shouldn’t be any different.
Would be interesting to find out exactly what they found and who knew what and when. These things dont come out of the woodwork in a day or two.
i figure the lawyers have been presenting their evidence for months to get to this stage.
