The Philippines also has rules where Directors of listed companies have to disclose to their shareholders when they are under criminal investigation by the Dept of Justice
It was actually the Filipino Director of X64 that called for an investigation and called for PWC to step in and investigate the Company
We also hate being blind-sided
Disparaging out system is fun until the indictments come in and parties are found criminally liable
