Some very serious mining spec companies & producers have done small-cap raises in this market . Mostly at very diluted prices . CLZ is attempting one at a 15 percent discount. They have pursued a capital raising strategy that has severely burnt their shareholders- to the point of effectively nullifying existing shareholder capital value. It will be interesting to see if the 2 million raised unless the stakeholders tipped in, pigs will fly
