He was referring to selling small (100k) packets above 30c and keeping value of his main holding. not succumbing to some price target. That said i suspect many here would sell or be trimming their holdings in that range (30-50). Will it have been worth their time, stress and risk compared to alternatives ? - maybe not for some but hopefully will be for you.
