    We will not have to wait another year for partners.
    Because we need to know the chemistry for the DFS, partners would have signed an in confidence agreement, and would be well aware of the content of the DFS .
    Hence , DFS and partners/partners announcement would be simultaneous or concurrent
    all IMO
