If you read the nitty gritty of the quarterly and don’t just skim over it you’ll get the underlying message which is that yes they are putting in background work, but unfortunately there won’t be a FID run this year. More than likely will be Q2 next year if I’m being optimistic. Time to shift the capital and come back to this speccy when it runs. It’s not all doom and gloom.
