It's not looking good. They should have raise so much more money when the price was higher. Far too many small capital raises that dont last enough . Can't be too long till they need more dollars looking at the balance. Last time they ignored share holders and went with everblu for money and that really killed the share price instantly.
With permit renewal they will probably miss out on the rig that Cooper/mitsui, beach and 3d/Conoco have secured.
Why don't they get these interested parties to pay for seismic to get a smaller stake then go from there after result. They will be 3 plus years away from drilling at least .
I guess there will be a lot of shares on issue before drilling.
