I don't think it is price activated to a set dollar value. It's when Smart money has already made lots of bags in the well known Uranium plays and looks to double down in future long term production. Where is the uranium coming from when Kazataprom (spelling?) runs out of uranium let alone cheep pounds? Their bell curve decline in production looks intrenched to me...
Out in X world there has been quite whispering that the best uranium play is the royalty game. I know of no other penny stock like EPM that holds more uranium land to farm out with over 8,000 km2 and wish OZ Yellow would hurry up. However, Oz Yellow should be the first of many new Uranium listings that EPM sells land for cash and initial placement for EPM holders.
I'm also in ADD for the same reason but they only hold around 1000km2 of prime uranium land.
